I pray, meditate, believe in a higher power, do I really need the institution of the Church? Our second Glass Room event will be looking at this topic. There will be live music, refreshments and a talk on “I’m spiritual - but do I really need to go to Church?” followed by a Q&A.

Our speaker for the evening is Jubi de Silva. Jubi was a lay minister in Brazil before earning a Master’s in theological studies at Regent College, Vancouver. Passionate about storytelling, the interaction between reason and faith, and fruit scones with clotted cream, Jubi now serves Christianity Explored Ministries as writer and speaker. He lives with his wife and baby in Berkshire.
