Churches Together in Sidcup
We have good relationships
with other churches in the area and the lively CTiS Committee shares news and frequently arranges events.
Our near neighbours are Main Road Baptist Church (which lies within the parish and with whom we have sometimes shared services) and St Lawrence’s RC Church. In addition to the other Anglican churches are the New Community Church, the New Generation Church and Emmanuel (Methodist URC) Church. The 5 evangelical churches in the deanery come together for teaching twice a year.

Lark in the Park
Many of our church family help at Lark in the Park, run by the New Generation Church with the help of members of other Sidcup churches. This is held for two weeks at Sidcup Place during the summer holidays for people of all ages and is extremely popular with the residents of Sidcup.

Next year's events start on Saturday 23rd July and end on Sunday 7th August 2011.

Standing for Peace (S4P)
The Standing for Peace Group was set up as a community initiative in 2008. We believe that God calls us to be peacemakers in our locality and to support those who work for peace on our behalf – such as our Safer Neighbourhood Teams in Longlands and Sidcup wards, with whom we enjoy close links.
We hold occasional events to raise awareness and to encourage people to 'plant seeds of peace' in their own lives. We also pray for safety, well-being, justice and harmony for our local area – and, ultimately, for people to know God as Peacemaker.

Deanery
We have recently taken part in a Deanery youth house-party and in 3 Deanery Confirmation Services at Rochester Cathedral.
